M&S Gift Cards

Produced and designed illustrated cards for M&S stores, with the product being the second highest grossing sales item within its sector within the UK retail market, competing with Amazon.

This project involved the entire re-brand of the product, incorporating the M&S logo and creating a new visual identity though illustration. The project involved researching the market and creating and administering focus groups from M&S customers to understand their needs and views about the product. The end product was a completely rebranded card, change of format from carrier to shell & slide, with a more generic illustration varieties that are transferable across differing occasions.
