DISFATTO SOFA: 100% natural material

Disfatto sofa is produced D3CO, a family of furniture makers. They envision a sustainable economy that preserves the planet and leaves no waste products. Thus, they decided to build furniture, unlike any other company, using only 100% natural materials. They are working towards a more sustainable lifestyle by making our home products entirely biodegradable, free of any risky materials and toxins, and extremely durable.
 
On their website, they describe each material they are using. All their wood are FSC certified, and the cotton is Oekotex certified used for the inner lining, outer upholstery and seams. They never use polyurethane foam. In rare cases, latex is not able to do the job. In these cases (ONLY our Quartz armchair) they use a particular medical herb and natural oils based foam for padding. They always note this in the product description because even though this foam is based on 100% natural materials, it is the only non-compostable component.
