PRS Development

The development is a mixed-use scheme for the Imperial College London, containing 5 buildings of both Student Accommodation, Residential and Office Space which will be built in London, and is estimated to be completed in 2020.

The PRS building contains 90 apartments and studios of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms that will be dedicated for the university staff. The interior design concept produced by Ophélia, as in house interior designer for Carey Jones Chapman Tolcher Studios, follow the architecture concept inspired by Art Deco Design. The development is estimated to cost £200 million.
