Reinventors - Branding and Visual Identity

Reinventors is a consultancy firm with the aim of developing companies that seek new ways of working for new ways of being human. They work with organisational leaders who are looking for new and more sophisticated ways of leading & supporting their employees. They are creating environments where people thrive, so that their business thrives too.


Reinventors combine expertise and experience in organisational psychology, leadership, organisation design, & agile methods. It’s a new iteration of organisation development, that uses tools and frameworks that leaders in tech and other fields have been using for a while, like self-organising structures.

Upcircle designed the logo, brand guidelines, stationery, social media package, presentation slides and illustration style. The brief was to create a minimalist brand but with a very strong personality and visual identity, translating the humanist and innovative aspect of the brand through colours that blend with each other through gradients. The result is a fresh and strong visual identity.
